The dBcom home office is located in Livermore California, in the Silicon Valley area. All of our products are fabricated, assembled, and tested in the Silicon Valley and Livermore area.

dBcom maintains a final test and repair facility in Livermore California. We own all test equipment required for complete checkout, test, and repair of our products. Test equipment includes computers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and other general electronics test equipment.

We keep our repair center as fully stocked as possible with replacement parts and components, and as a result, we guarantee fast turn around for all repairs of RaceTime System components. In the unlikely event of parts or components unavailability, we keep several spare and demo system components on hand, and will, at no charge, loan these components until repairs can be completed.
